1. Return and Exchange Period You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, after 15 days, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Exchanges
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs associated with sending the new item.
