1. Shipping Locations
We deliver all over India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframe
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days based on your location.
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.
5. Delays and Exceptions
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances such as extreme weather, remote locations, or courier issues. In such cases, we will inform you and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
